The programs are sold directly and through insurance agents, benefit consultants, and TPAs. They are also offered as part of other
marketed benefit programs available through other corporations. Select Advantage has long-term contractual
relationships with several of the highest quality networks available from major national operations. Major corporations
use the same networks as preferred provider organizations, integrated in their medical benefits.

Participating dental care providers offer free annual oral exams and bitewing x-rays plus access
to the network's fixed fee schedule for almost all dental services, including orthodontia.
