The Vision Care Advantage program is eligible for all family members who are registered members. To receive the reduced pricing simply present the vision care card
at one of over 7000 vision care providers nationwide. Choose from brand names: LensCrafters, Sears, Pearle Vision, JC Penny or search approved
vision providers in your area. Vision Care Advantage members have no restrictions on quantity or selection. With the vision care card fees are reduced
according to a pre-approved schedule. Compare discounted vision pricing to what is usually charged. The Vision Care Advantage program offers
discounts on routine eye exams and eyeglasses, including lenses, frames, detailing, contacts, and laser refractive surgery and non-prescription sunglasses. There are no
