The mission of Select Advantage Card, Inc. is to provide groups and individuals with greater quality and lower
cost benefit programs that include products and services. Select Advantage Card, Inc. is a privately held corporation
founded in 1996. The corporation primarily administers networks of dental, vision and pharmacy providers who
offer reduced fee services and products for employers and their participating employees in the group market.
The programs are sold directly and through insurance agents, benefit consultants, and TPAs. They are also offered as part of other
marketed benefit programs available from other corporations.
Select Advantage has long-term contractual
relationships with several of the highest quality networks from major national operations. Major corporations
use the same networks as preferred provider organizations, integrated in their medical benefit programs.
